Aunjanue Ellis

Aunjanue ellis-taylor, the American stage and screen actress and producer. She is most famous as an actress in films for her performances in Ray Undercover Brother (Ray Undercover Brother) and The Mentalist. She earned an undergraduate degree in African-American Studies at Brown University and also a Master of acting at the Tisch School for the Arts New York University. Aunjanue L. Ellis is an American actor and producer. She is actively involved in theater, film, and on television. Aunjanue L. Ellis started her acting career in the theater. Then, she appeared in television series as well as independent and mainstream films. She became famous as Miranda Shaw in ABC's Quantico, and also appeared in BET's epic show The Book of Negroes. Both of the roles she won critical acclaim as well as various nominations and awards including her first award, the Television Critics Choice Award for the Best Actress. Her career began as an actress in 1995, when she appeared as Ariel as Ariel in The Tempest. The credits on stage are Come and Gone Drowning Crow and Seeking the Genesis, a Broadway production directed by Joe Turner. Her film career is highlighted by her roles in Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express, and The Help. In the world of television, her role in ABC's police drama series High Incident has earned her praises.
